Incidental Training Courses Terms and Conditions

1. Payment & Booking

  • Courses must be paid in full at the time of ordering to secure your place.

  • For courses offering payment instalments (e.g., Tooth Wear), a deposit is required to secure your place. Failure to make timely instalment payments will result in the loss of both your place and the deposit.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellation requests must be sent via email to admin@incidentalltd.co.uk.

  • 60+ Days Notice (Within 7-day "Cooling Off" period): Full refund, less a 2% administration fee.

  • 60+ Days Notice (After 7-day "Cooling Off" period): Full refund, less a 10% administration fee.

  • Less than 60 Days Notice: No refunds will be issued regardless of the booking date.

    • Exception: If Incidental Ltd is able to transfer your place to another paying delegate, a refund will be granted less a 10% administration fee.

  • Multi-Module Courses: For courses consisting of multiple modules (e.g., Tooth Wear), the "start date" for cancellation purposes is the first day of the first module. There are no refunds for subsequent modules if the first is missed.

3. Delegate Insurance (Recommended)

As an event-based business, Incidental Ltd commits substantial non-refundable costs (clinical setup, venue hire, speaker fees, and materials) well in advance of each course. Consequently, we are unable to make exceptions to our refund policy for personal circumstances, including illness, bereavement, or travel disruptions.

We strongly recommend that all delegates take out independent "Event Cancellation Insurance" or "Professional Development Insurance." Much like travel insurance, this protects your financial investment should you be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Failure to Attend

Failure to attend on the day will be treated as a late cancellation. No refund or credit will be given, including in cases of illness, positive COVID-19 test results, or requirements to self-isolate.

5. Course Changes & Cancellations by Incidental Ltd

Every effort will be made to avoid changes to course arrangements. In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled or the date is altered by us, a full refund or credit for a future course will be offered. Incidental Ltd accepts no liability for loss of income, travel expenses, or accommodation costs incurred.

6. Speakers

Scheduled speakers are listed on the booking page. Unforeseen circumstances may require us to replace a speaker with a similarly qualified expert. A change in speaker does not alter the standard cancellation terms.

7. Inclusions

Course fees cover tuition, course materials, lunch and refreshments. Fees do not include accommodation, personal insurance, or evening meals.
